Dress your part, act your part, know your part. The lawyers will throw questions at you – you must answer as the characters would, stay true to the role

At least TWO really awesome drawings: one of a scene from the novel, one from the day of the trial. Make them look wonderful! (Mount, frame, poster, etc.)

1000 word essay that develops a controlling idea on how the imagery and setting is used to develop the themes of the novel. You will certainly have to make mention of the characters --w/ TBE

 

Journalist

A final “Newspaper” that uses desk top publishing for your layout. Must fit on an even number of pages. Include ads, photos, etc. Make it look real! This is a group presentation: work together.

1 news story (600 words), 1 feature story (1000 words), 1 editorial (350-500 words); interview the novel and characters; follow the trial carefully. USE TBE

 

Documentary Video/Radio Producer

A broadcast, either video or audio put together with editing methods, not just continous footage. Add music, splice in interviews, add research elements for this anthropologist’s coverage.
